COMPANY BACKGROUND
Refracon Refractories Manufacturer Sdn Bhd (RRM) started its Monolithic Refractory Manufacturing business in 2007.
Since then, RRM has been growing from strength to strength. The current installed capacity stands tall at 800 metric tons per month and annual capacity at 9000 metric tons. 50% of the current production is targeted for the local market and the balance 50% is catered to the overseas market.
RRM has a very wide range of castable products including Ref-Cast (Dense grade), Ref-Cast (Low Cement grade), Ref-Lite (Insulation grade), Ref-Gun (Gunning grade), Ref-Cast (Ultra-Low Cement grade), Ref-Cast (No Cement Grade), Ref-Cast (Acid Resistance grade) and more. Our expanding manufacturing facility currently operates 6 days a week and can successfully meet the high standards of demands required by our clients.
RRM has also been identified as a preferred supplier which is why it is one of the fastest-growing manufacturers in Malaysia. Backing the management is a team of hardworking professionals and the operation is run by a team of skilled and trained operators.
RRM operates in a lush green surrounding with a covered area of 30,000 square feet, with flexibility for expansion as and when the need arises.
It has been the top priority to continue the quest for excellence by constantly investing considerable time and resources in product research and development. The team is continuously looking into a newer and better way to further upgrade the preexisting high standards of product quality.
To fulfill its roles as a global player, RRM has implemented aggressive marketing techniques and methods. Working with foreign agents to develop and maintain new markets whilst improving client-serving methods and efficiency levels to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
